Jonathan Loretto is a Non-Executive Director. A global commercial and technology leader with extensive experience advising enterprises across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, he was Chief Growth Officer at GFT, global security lead at HSBC Digital, and the partner accountable at IBM for its European blockchain delivery centres, and he led the recovery of Maersk’s global IT systems after the NotPetya attack.
He has lectured at Warwick Business School and advises boards on artificial intelligence, quantum readiness, and operational resilience.
