Who we are
Xyra Group Holdings Limited (“the Group”, “we”), registered in England and Wales under company number 16105093, registered office 42–44 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AH, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can write to us about your data at info@xyragroup.com or at the registered office, marked for the attention of the Chief Legal Officer.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form or write to us, we collect the information you give us: your name, your e-mail address, your organisation, the subject of your message and its contents, and any file you attach. We use it to reply to you, to consider the matter you raise, and, where you have asked about a transaction or a position, to conduct that conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us and in conducting our business, balanced against your interests; where you send us information about a third party, you confirm that you are entitled to. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any list.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies other than those strictly necessary for it to work, and loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking script. Our fonts and all other files are served from our own domain; the artwork of podcast episodes is served from the platforms that publish them. See the Cookie Notice.
Who receives it
The principals of the Group and the advisers engaged on the matter you raise, under duties of confidence. Our e-mail is provided by [the provider to be confirmed] and our website is hosted by Hostinger; each processes data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the United Kingdom except to a processor whose transfers are protected by the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence about a transaction is kept for as long as the matter, and any legal obligation that follows from it, requires. Letters about a career are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Write to us at the address above; we reply within one month.
Changes
We will post any change to this notice here, with its date.
