Paul Singh

Paul Singh is a Non-Executive Director. Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of EEDN, the project and programme management consultancy for the built environment, he spent fifteen years as a commercial manager in construction, leading high-profile projects and claims for private and commercial clients, and has overseen a family portfolio of more than seventy London properties, taking land in London from acquisition to completed development.

He read psychology before training as a quantity surveyor, holds a master’s degree in construction law and dispute resolution, for which his dissertation was awarded the prize for the best of its year, and was highly commended in the Society of Construction Law’s Hudson Prize. A Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors, he served on the Court of Common Council of the City of London for the Ward of Cripplegate from 2022 to 2025, and sits on boards of the Chartered Institute of Building and the YMCA, on the Advisory Committee of the City of London Chamber of Commerce, and on the Council of Heart of the City.
