Dr David Landsman OBE

Dr David Landsman OBE is a Non-Executive Director. A British diplomat whose postings ran from Belgrade, where he was Chargé d’Affaires, to Tirana and Athens, he served as Ambassador to Albania from 2001 and as Ambassador to Greece from 2009 to 2013, and held senior posts in security policy, non-proliferation, and export control.

From 2013 he was Executive Director of Tata Limited, the Tata Group’s European holding company, with responsibility for the group’s nineteen companies in Europe, having earlier held executive roles at De La Rue plc. He is Executive Chairman of British Expertise International and of the British Foreign Policy Group, Chairman of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, a Chartered Director, and a Visiting Fellow of Cambridge Judge Business School. He read Classics at Oriel College, Oxford, and holds a doctorate in linguistics from the University of Cambridge.
