Sheikh Lutfi Talib is Chairman of the Board. A financial-services entrepreneur of thirty-five years’ standing, he is a partner of Mizán Corporate Finance LLP and a co-founder of McMillan Woods, the accountancy firm.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Whinney and practised as a merchant banker. As Chairman he is responsible for Board process, conflicts, and the committee charters.
