Karl Apel is Chief Legal Officer. Senior legal counsel at TotalEnergies for over a decade, he has served as a board director of Deutsche Bank’s capital-markets portfolio and of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, and as a capital-markets board director at J.P. Morgan.
He is responsible for the legal structure and jurisdiction of every transaction and for the Group’s notices.
