Who We Hire
We’re currently assembling what we call “The Core”: an elite internal team that will scale our portfolio from its first acquisitions to global reach. We hire in two categories:
Group-Level Operators (Xyra HQ)
Roles that operate across the entire portfolio, focused on strategy, transactions, and infrastructure.
Examples:
- M&A Analysts & Associates – financial modelling, deal diligence, investor decks
- Investment Operations Managers – coordinate post-acquisition integration
- Chiefs of Staff – strategic generalists to support C-suite execution
- Legal Counsels (E-commerce/VC) – handle acquisition contracts, regulatory risks, IP protection
- Technology Architects – build data, AI, and systems integration for acquired firms
Portfolio Brand Operators
Embedded inside the companies we acquire, scaling revenues, leading product, transforming ops
Examples:
- CMOs with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-com experience
- Head of Supply Chain / Fulfilment Ops
- Product Managers (SaaS & physical commerce)
- UX / UI Designers with CRO mindset
- Data Analysts with e-commerce funnel analytics

We operate in a hybrid, output-based model. Whilst the world has moved to teleconferences, we still prefer a skin to skin relationship.
A lot of travel is expected for diligence, integrations, and strategic sessions. We care not where you work from, but what you produce. We do not waste your time with HR bureaucracy.

- Brand roles: Depends on the business; some are remote-first, others require warehouse/site coordination
